Old Glory DC signed Perry Humphreys for the 2024 Major League Rugby season. Perry, who will be 29 years old in a few days, plays wing/ fullback, is 6’0” and 210 lbs.
Perry was born in Lincoln, England. He attended Lincoln Minster School and then Worcester College from 2016 to 2018.
He played rugby for the Leicester Tigers Academy from 2011 to 2014 and made his senior debut during the 2013-2014 season in the LV Cup. In 2014 he was loaned to Nottingham where he played in 2 RFU Championship matches.
Perry switched to the Worcester Warriors Academy from 2014 through 2016 and helped the Cavaliers reach the A-League Final, as well as winning the British and Irish Cup in 2015. In 2015 he was also loaned to Cinderford in the National League 1.
Perry played for the Worcester Warriors in the English Premiership in over 100 matches from 2014 through their abrupt team liquidation in 2022.
In 2017 he also trained with England’s National Team ahead of their 2017 tour to Argentina.
