Saracens & Chris Wyles Chris Wyles has temporarily come out of retirement and contends to face Sale Sharks on Saturday. Chris Wyles, the 35-year-old former USA Rugby National team captain and member of the 2016 USA Olympic Sevens team, retired at the end of last season. Newcastle Falcons & Paul Mullen The Newcastle Falcons announced on 14 August 2018 that Paul Mullen signed a short-term, four-month contract to play as part of the Gallagher Premiership season. Mullen is from the Aran Islands, Galway, Ireland. He was USA eligible and previously played for the USA under-20s in Tbilisi, Georgia at the Junior World Rugby Trophy. Mullen also played age grade rugby for Munster under-18s, 19s, and 20s, as well as for Ireland under-19s. Harlequins Paul Lasike The Premiership Rugby Harlequins announced the signing of Paul Lasike, who captained the Major League Rugby Utah Warriors for the season. The New Zealand-born 28-year-old was capped six times for the USA Eagles and was a factor in the Eagles 30-29 victory over Scotland in June. Saracens Roll Over USA Islanders in Bermuda Doug Coil The Saracens had 14 tries to beat the USA Islanders 92-0 at the Bermuda National Sports Centre on Thursday August 10. Captain Chris Wyles and subs Henry Taylor and Nathan Earle had hat-tricks in this match.
