San Diego Legion signed Alex Horan for the 2023 Major League Rugby season. The 25-year-old center (26 in April) is 6’1″ and 205 lbs.
Alex is from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and attended St. Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace from 2009 to 2014. He then went to Griffith University from 2016 to 2019, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
He played his senior level rugby with the Canberra Vikings, Brisbane City, and in 2020 with the Sunwolves in Super Rugby. Recently, he has been playing for the University of Queensland.
