Rugby Football Club Los Angeles signed Bruce Kauika-Petersen for the 2024 Major League Rugby season. The 26-year-old hooker (27 in April) is 6’1″ and 245 lbs.
Bruce is from Masterton, New Zealand, and attended Wairarapa College in Masterton. He played club rugby for Northern United and for Waipu. He played provincial rugby for Wairarapa Bush in 2019, Wellington in the National Provincial Championship in 2020 and 2021, and Northland in 2022 and 2023. In 2022 he also played one Super Rugby match for the Hurricanes.
Bruce also played for HoraHora in Whangarei.
