The Toronto Arrows signed Oakville, Ontario native Liam Bowman for the remainder of the 2023 Major League Rugby season. The 21-year-old center is 6’1” and 210 lbs. Liam joins the Arrows after spending two years with the French Pro D2 side Montauban Academy. Last August, Liam represented Canada as the team’s captain at the World Rugby Under-20 Canada Conference tournament held in Guelph, Ontario.
