Rugby ATL signed Paris Hollis for the 2020 Major League Rugby season. The 28-year-old flanker is 6’1″ and 220 lbs.
Paris was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended Ardney Kell Vance High School and then Life University from 2010-2015 where he majored in Psychology.
While at Life, the team won a National Championship, was a Collegiate Rugby Championship Finalist in 2013 and made the semifinals in 2014. Paris was a two-time Collegiate All-American and was named to the 2012 and 2013 USA College 7s All-Tournament team.
Paris played for the USA Collegiate All-Americans which defeated New Zealand Universities in 2013 and Cambridge University in 2014.
He played both rugby XVs and rugby sevens for Old Blue and in 2018 helped the Old Blue 7s team to advance far in the USA Sevens Club Nationals.
Paris joins Rugby ATL after playing for their development side 404 ATL Rugby during the Fall 2019 American Rugby premiership season.
