Colorado Raptors Signs Sean Yacoubian

The Colorado Raptors signed Sean Yacoubian for the 2020 Major League Rugby season. The 25-year-old scrumhalf is 5’9″ and 200 lbs.

Sean is from Paisley, Scotland and attended St. Columbia’s School, as well as the University of Strathclyde. He then continued his education in the U.S. at Saint Mary’s College of California from 2017-2019.

Sean was part of the Scotland U20s extended squad before playing for the team in 2014. He has also played for the Glasgow Hawks in 2010 with the U17s and continuing through the Senior team.

While at Saint Mary’s, he was a first-team Collegiate All-American in 2018 and in 2019, and played with the team against Canada.
