USA Rugby Men’s Club DII Playoffs Updated

The Pacific North Final featured Sacramento Capitals winning 64-17 against the Pacific Northwest Champion Portland Pigs. The Pacific South Final had Tempe Old Devils winning against Huntington Beach Unicorns 44-5. The Sacramento Capitals now meet Tempe Old Devils in the National quarterfinals May 21st.
The other West quarterfinal will have Frontier winner Provo Steelers against Red River winner Little Rock Stormers.
The Frontier Championships had Boulder beating St Louis Bombers 43-29 in one semi-final, while Provo Steelers won 34-27 against Omaha Goats. In the final, Provo Steelers won 43-24 against Boulder.
In the Red River semi-finals, Houston United beat Dallas D2 25-13 and Little Rock Stormers won 36-9 against Austin Blacks D2. In the final, Little Rock won 43-25 against Houston United D2
The Midwest also crowned a champion in the Detroit Tradesmen, who beat South Side Irish in the Final 52-11. They meet Charlotte in the quarterfinals.
In the Atlantic North final, the Village Lions beat the Mystic Barbarians 37-19. They will face the Mid-Atlantic Champion that will be decided on May 14th.
The Mid-Atlantic Semi-finals had Richmond Lions winning 59-22 against Old Gaelic and Wilmington narrowly winning 22-20 against Philadelphia-Whitemarsh.

The National Division II Quarterfinals and Semi-finals are rapidly approaching. The Eastern Regional is being held at Founders Field in Pittsburgh, PA, May 21-22, 2016. The Western Regional is being held the same time at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, Arizona. The National Championship then will be held at Infinity Park, Glendale, Colorado on June 5th.
