The Utah Warriors signed Blake Hohaia for the 2020 Major League Rugby season. The 24-year-old center is 5’10” and 213 lbs.
Blake is from Auckland, New Zealand where he attended Mount Albert Grammar School. He has played club rugby for Inglewood United RFC and for the Kamo Magpies. He played provincial rugby with Wanganui and with Taranaki Rugby in 2016. Since 2017 he has played with Northland in the Mitre 10 Cup competition.
Northland announced that he signed a contract extension through the 2020 season. Fortunately for him, it is now the off-season and he will join the Utah Warriors for the 2020 season.
