Seattle Seawolves Signs Harry Davies

The Seattle Seawolves signed Harry Davies for the 2020 Major League Rugby season. The 25-year-old fullback is 6’4″ and 225lbs.

Harry is from Llantrisant, Wales and began playing rugby with Llantrisant Rugby Football Club. He attended Coleg Morgannwg from 2010-2012 majoring in Mechanical Engineering and then went to Cardiff University from 2010-2016 earning a Bachelor of Engineering Degree.

At 17, he joined the Cardiff Blues Academy side making 26 appearances and scoring eight tries. He progresses to the senior side, making five appearances and scored one try in the LV Cup against the Newcastle Falcons in 2014. He also trained with the Wales Sevens Team and represented the Cardiff Blues at the World Club Sevens.

Harry signed with Bath Rugby Club in the English Premiership and played two seasons with the team from 2016-2018. He played in the Anglo-Welsh Cup. From September 2017 to December 2017 he was loaned to Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Union Club.

For the 2018-2019 season, Davies signed with the Bedford Blues in the RFU Championship.

No stranger to top-level competition, the 6’4, 225lb back won’t be afraid to use his stride or contest in the air in Major League Rugby competition in 2020 dawning the Seattle blue and green.
