Toronto Arrows Re-Signs Peter Milazzo

The Toronto Arrows re-signed flanker Peter Milazzo for the 2020 Major League Rugby season. The 23-year-old back row is from Toronto, is 6″4″, and weighs 230 lbs. He played in all 17 matches for the Arrows in 2019.

He attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, attending from 2014-2018, and played for the Mustangs.  While there, he was selected for the Canada Under-18s Romania tour and the Canada Under-20s World Rugby Trophy Qualifier against the U.S. in 2016. He also was named as an OUA All-Star for all four years, 2014-18, while at Western.

Milazzo has played club rugby for the Toronto Saracens and the Toronto Scottish. He played provincial rugby with the Ontario Blues and in 2017 he became the youngest captain in Senior Blues history at the Canadian Rugby Championship. He also was selected to play for the Blues in 2015 against the ARP All-Stars.

Milazzo has also represented Canada A in the Americas Pacific Challenge in 2017.

In 2018 he played for the then Ontario Arrows during their exhibition season and based on his performance has signed a contract with the Toronto Arrows for the 2019 Major League Rugby season. He recently re-signed again for 2020.
