Australia makes 14 changes from their win over Fiji. This is the most changes that the Wallabies have ever made in successive Rugby World Cup matches. “Dean Mumm will captain the Wallabies for the first time in his test career and becomes first New Zealand-born player to skipper Australia in a test in the professional era.” (RWC)

Uruguay made five changes to the starting line-up that lost to Wales. German Kessler (21) the youngest player to represent Uruguay in a RWC match, makes his first ever start in a World Cup match. Leandro Leivas makes his RWC debut, and Nicolás Klappenbach, Diego Magno, Fernando Bascou and Alberto Román will all be replacements.
