Old Glory DC signed Marcos Young for the 2023 Major League Rugby season. The 24-year-old wing is 6’0″ and 190 lbs.

Marcos is from Houston, Texas, lives in Miami, Florida, and is of Argentinian ancestry. He attended South Miami Middle Community School and played rugby for Key Biscayne Rugby Club.

Key Biscayne Rugby Club “started as immigrants from Argentina and Uruguay started teaching their young kids how to play rugby.”

In 2016 he was on the USA Under-19s team, Eagle Impact Rugby Academy, and in 2020 played for Pathway 404, Rugby ATL’s Academy team on Team Silver in an inter-squad scrimmage against Team Black.

Marcos joins Old Glory DC after playing with Club Universitario de Buenos Aires (CUBA) in the URBA Top 13 from 2020 through 2022.
