The Utah Warriors signed Frank Lochore for the 2024 Major League Rugby season. The 22-year-old lock/flanker (23 in June) is 6’4″ and 240 lbs.
Frank is from Central Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, and graduated from Napier Boys High School in 2018 (2015-2018). He is the grandson of the late All Black, Sir Brian Locchore.
In addition to playing rugby at Napier Boys High School, he played for Central Rugby & Sport. In 2021 he played for the New Zealand Barbarians and played provincial rugby for the Hawkes Bay Magpies from 2021 through 2023.
