Toronto Arrows Re-Signs Will Grant

The Toronto Arrows re-signed Canada-eligible halfback Will Grant for the 2024 Major League Rugby season. The 24-year-old scrumhalf is 5’9″ and 170 lbs. He is a domestic player as his maternal grandmother was born and raised in British Columbia before settling in Australia.

Will played 363 minutes in 12 matches, starting 4, for the Toronto Arrows in 2023. He had 285 carry meters on 39 carries, 56 tackles, 30 kicks in play, 13 defenders beaten, four offloads, three linebreaks, three breakdown steals, and a try.

Will, who is from Rouchel, Australia, played with Hora Hora Rugby Club and Northland in the National Provincial Championship, making 19 appearances from 2019 through 2021.

He joined the Arrows in 2023 from the Australian side West Harbour, where he played in the Shute Shield in 2022. He played in 16 matches and scored three tries.
