American Raptors Signs Jerome Nale

The American Raptors signed Jerome Loite Nale for the 2023 Super Rugby Americas season. The 20-year-old scrumhalf is 5’1″ and 185 lbs.

Jerome is from Ba, Fiji, and attended Marist Brothers High School. He played rugby in the 2017 Under-17s Secondary School Deans competition.

He moved to the United States and played with Rhinos Rugby in the 2017 North American Invitational Sevens. He has played with Santa Rosa Rugby Club and played in both the USA Club Sevens Nationals and Rugbytown Sevens.

His performance in rugby sevens led to his inclusion in the USA Sevens program where he made his debut for the Eagles Sevens team in the Germany Sevens and in the HSBC Sevens Series Vancouver stop in 2021. In the World Sevens Series, he has played in 11 matches, starting twice, and scored 19 points, including one try.

He also has played in the Premier Rugby Sevens for the Headliners in 2022.
