American Raptors Signs jeff Peleseuma

The American Raptors signed Jeffrey Peleseuma-Breiz for the 2023 Super Rugby Americas season. The 22-year-old flyhalf is 5’8″ and 200 lbs.

Jeff was signed by the LA Giltinis in 2021 and played with the team’s Academy side. He then joined the American Raptors.

Jeff is from San Francisco, California, and lives in Antioch. He attended Archbishop Riordan High School where he played football from 2014-2017 and graduated in 2018. He played age-grade rugby for San Francisco Golden Gate Rugby Club and this led to his selection on the USA U20s for their World Rugby Trophy qualifier against Canada in 2019. In 2018 he played for the USA in the North American Regional Sevens qualifier in Las Vegas for the 2018 Youth Olympic Games that was held in Buenos Aires. The USA advanced, although jeff was not among the final twelve selected.

Jeff also played on an All-Samoan side in San Francisco formed through the Pacific Islander Youth Alliance.

In 2018 he played in the California Rugby League for the San Franciso Savage as a scrumhalf.
