Super Rugby Americas 2023 Schedule

Super Rugby Americas announced the league’s schedule for the 2023 season.

The league consists of two teams from Argentina, Pampas from Buenos Aires, and Dogos XV from Córdoba. Cobras Brasil XV is from São Paulo, Selknam is from Santiago, Chile, Yacare XV is from Asunción, Paraguay, Peñarol Rugby is from Montevideo, Uruguay, and the American Raptors from Glendale, Colorado, United States.

Each team will play 12 games in a 14-week regular-season, in a home-and-away format beginning on February 18, 2023. Following the regular season, there will be semi-finals on June 2 and a final on June 9. The entire series will be broadcast live on ESPN/Star+ in South America, while American Raptors will stream home matches.

It appears from the scheduling that the American Raptors will open the season in South America for the first four weeks, before playing their entire home schedule beginning April 2 and ending May 7. They then return to South America for the final two weeks of the regular season, and if they are among the top four teams, for the playoffs.
