Dallas Jackals Signs Kyle Steeves

The Dallas Jackals signed Canadian international Kyle Steeves for the 2023 Major League Rugby season. The 22-year-old tighthead prop is 6’0″ and 255 lbs.

Kyle is from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and graduated from St Paul’s High School in 2018. He wrestled for 4 years and won the provincial championship.  He played rugby for the Manitoba Wombats and was honored with an MVP award.

Kyle played rugby for Canada West in the Coast to Coast Cup in Halifax, Nova Scotia in June 2022. He played for the Pacific Pride in 2022, as well as for the Vancouver Island Crimson Tide. He was selected for the Americas Rugby Trophy competition for Canada A against A-sides from both Brazil and Chile in 2022 and made his Senior National Team debut against Namibia in the November 2022 tests.
