Old Glory DC re-signed Fintan Coleman for the 2023 Major League Rugby season. The 23-year-old flanker/No.8 (24 in March) is from Limerick, Ireland, and has a father from the U.S.
Fintan played 406 minutes in 15 matches, starting 4, and scored one try for Old Glory in 2022.
He played age-grade rugby for Munster, playing for the Under 17s, 18s, and 19s, and played against the Japan U19s touring side. He also played for Ireland Under 18s in 2017, making three appearances. He also had a short-term contract with the London Irish Academy in 2018.
Fintan played for Crescent College Comprehensive and the team advanced to the semi-finals of the 2018 Munster Schools Senior Cup. He attended Technological University of Shannon: Midlands Midwest from 2018 through his graduation in 2022 where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing.
He also played for Young Munster RFC in the All-Ireland 1st Division from 2019 through 2022.
