Toronto Arrows Re-Signs Isaac Salmon

The Toronto Arrows re-signed Isaac Salmon for the 2023 Major League Rugby season. The 26-year-old tighthead prop is 5’11” and 255 lbs.

Isaac played 888 minutes in 16 matches, starting 12, and scored one try for the Arrows in 2022. He then returnd to New Zealand and played for Tasman Mako in the National Provincial Championship.

Isaac is from Christchurch, New Zealand, and attended Nelson College from 2011-2014. He played for the Tasman Mako in the Mitre 10 Cup, now the  Bunnings National Provincial Championship, making more than 35 appearances, and winning back-to-back championships in 2019 and 2020. The team finished as runners-up in 2021.

He signed a contract with Super Rugby’s Blues in 2018, but an injury prevented him from taking the field in the southern hemisphere’s top competition.
