San Diego Legion re-signed Josh Henderson for the 2023 Major League Rugby season. The 25-year-old flyhalf is 6’0″ and 200lbs.
He started 2 matches for the Legion after joining the team during the season after visa delays limited his playing time. He joined the team after playing for the USRC Tigers in Hong Kong.
Henderson, who is from Kirkcaldy, Scotland, played rugby for Strathallan School and Howe of Fife. He also played for the Scottish Rugby Academy, the Glasgow regional academy, and the Glasgow Hawks in Scotland and for Stade Niçois, a Federale 2 club in France/
He is also a former Scotland u20 representative and is qualified to play international rugby for tHong Kong with both his mother and grandfather having been born there.
