NOLA Gold Signs Luke Campbell

NOLA Gold signed Luke Campbell through the 2024 Major League Rugby season. The 27-year-old scrumhalf from New Zealand (28 in February) is 5’10” and 187 lbs.

Luke played senior rugby since 2016 with Bay of Plenty joining when he was 21 years old. He graduated from Massey University in Wellington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science.

He joined the Super Rugby Hurricanes for the 2020-2021 season, playing 12 matches, starting 8. He then joined Narbonne in the French Pro D2 league for the 2021-2022 season and played in 15 matches.

Luke joins NOLA Gold after playing with the Manawatu Turbos in the New Zealand National Provincial Championship.
