New England Free Jacks added Canadian international Isaac Olson for the 2022 Major League Rugby season. The 21-year-old wing/center is 6’3″ and 225 lbs.
Isaac is from Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. He attended Fulton Secondary School, graduating in 2018, and playing rugby, basketball, and football. In the. latter, he was a quarterback and defensive end, being named as a defensive provincial all-star, and an Okanagan All-Star. H was also named the Male Athlete of the Year and Top Male Rugby player in 2018 by Rotary North.
Following his graduation, he attended Camosun College as a General Arts student.
He played rugby for Coldstream Rugby Club, Okanagan RFC, and played with Canada U20s in a 2 match exhibition series in Portugal.
He played with the Pacific Pride, Canada’s National Development team in 2020-2021. He was also included for the Senior National Team for their November 2021 tour, making his debut against on 13 November against Belgium.
