Dallas Jackals Loaned Augusto Bohme

The Dallas Jackals obtained Chile international Augusto Böhme Aleparte on loan for the remainder of the 2022 MLR season for salary cap considerations from the Seattle Seawolves after an accident left the Jackals short-handed. The 24-year-old hooker is 5’9” and 215lbs.

Augusto is from Santiago, Chile, and played club rugby with Universidad Católica and professionally for Selknam Rugby in the Supe rliga de American de Rugby (SLAR).

Augusta made his international debut for Chile against the United States at Maipu on 2 February 2019 and helped the team eliminate Canada from the 2023 Rugby World Cup in America’s Qualifiers. The team will face the United States to see who will be in the RWC as the Americas 2 team. Augusta has 16 international test caps.
