Old Glory DC Dacoda Worth 2022 Profile

Old Glory DC re-signed Dacoda Worth for the 2022 Major League Rugby season. The 30-year-old back-row is 6’3″ and 230 lbs.

Dacoda played 61 minutes in 3 matches for Old Glory in 2021. He played for Old Glory DC during their 2020 preseason matches but did not play during the pandemic shortened regular season. He also played for the Capital Selects. He played with NOVA in USA Club 7s Nationals, with Army Rugby Union at the Rugbytown 7s, and with the Chicago Lions at the Freetail 7s.

Dacoda played with Old Glory during the 2019 exhibition season. He also played in the Rugbytown 7s with the All-Army Sevens. In December Dacoda played with the Old Glory Selects against the USA Rugby South Panthers. He also plays for Northern Virginia Rugby Club (NOVA).

Dacoda is from Indianapolis, Indiana, and attended Indiana University from 2014-2018, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and playing rugby for the D1A club. He was named Forward of the Year in 2019 and was the Co-MVP in 2018 with Alex Dorrier. In 2016 he participated in a summer Study Abroad program in Leipzig, Germany.

Dacoda was in the U.S. Army and has been an Intelligence Analyst Supervisor, 2011-2020. He has played rugby with the Scottsdale Blues, NOVA Rugby, and is a three-time All-Army Sevens player.
