The Seattle Seawolves added Seattle RFC Moses Lalasava for the remainder of the 2021 Major League Rugby season. The 32-year-old (this week) wing/fullback is 5’9″ and 210 lbs.
Moses played for the Miami Sun during the 2020 World Tens Series in Bermuda.
Moses is from Suva, Fiji, and began playing rugby when he was six years old. He attended Queens Victoria School and played for the Queen Victoria School Old Boys (QVSOB) for 7 years beginning in 2008. During the offseason for QVSOB, he played rugby league for the Steelers (2011-13) and Rabbitohs (2012-15). In 2015, Lalasava moved to Seattle and began to play for the Seattle Saracens in the British Columbia Rugby CDI Premiership.
Moses also attended the University of the South Pacific and worked for the Ministry of Health.
Moses played in the Seawolves in a December exhibition match against Vancouver Island Crimson Tide. and played in one regular-season match with the team during the 2019 MLR season.
