Old Glory DC Comments
“Steven is an experienced tighthead prop who will add a lot of power to our team,” said Coach Douglas. “He is renowned in Scotland as a strong scrummager and damaging ball carrier. Those qualities will be important to us. Obviously, our set-piece needed to improve, and I believe Steve will be able to steady us in that area. He is excited to come to DC, and we’re looking forward to seeing him in OG colors.
“Super excited [to be joining Old Glory],” said Longwell. “I am really looking forward to getting out and getting stuck in. In a league that’s growing every season, it will be great to be part of the journey with DC and push for the play-offs.”
Welcome, Steven Longwell!
