Georgia Head Coach Milton Haig has made 12 changes in the starting lineup with only lock Konstantine Mikautadze, flyhalf Tedo Abzhandadze, and Giorgi Kveseladze being retained from their loss. Kveseladze switches from wing to outside center.
Merab Sharikadze, who is the team’s regular captain, is a reserve as he returns from injury. Former captain Mamuka Gorgodze and No. 8 Beka Gorgadze will also contribute from the reserves as needed.
Uruguay Head Coach Estevan Meneses has made minimal changes to their starters with Juan Pedro Rombys at tighthead prop and Alejandro Nieto at No.8. The backs remain unchanged.
