Sunday, May 19 is a special day for Old Glory DC. The team opens their 2019 exhibition season against Shannon RFC from Ireland. The match will be held at Catholic University’s Main Football Arena at 5 pm. Gates open at 11 am and come early to meet the team.
There will be two preliminary matches. The first is a Men’s Division 1 match between the Washington Irish and Baltimore Chesapeake with the kickoff at 1 pm. The second match is at 3 pm and is the Honor Cup Men’s Final (Charitable Event Game for supporting the military, law enforcement, and fire/emergency rescue.)
The third match is the featured match at 5 pm with Glory Glory DC opening their MLR exhibition season against Shannon RFC. Tickets are still available.
Old Glory DC will then play home matches against Scotland U20s on May 27, USA Rugby South on June 1, and the Ontario Blues on June 9.
