New England Free Jacks Sean Moran

The New England Free Jacks have included Sean Moran in their three 2018-2019 exhibition season matches against the Ontario Arrows, Rugby United New York, and the Utah Warriors. The 25-year-old prop is 6’1″ and 245 lbs.

Sean is from Franklin, Massachusetts and attended Xaverian Brothers High School where he advanced twice to the State wrestling tournament. He then attended Bryant University from 2012-2016 and played rugby with the team. While there, the team won the Rugby Northeast Conference Championship and was ranked #8 nationally. He was a top 50 Collegiate DII athlete and was named as Bryant University Club Sports Athlete of the year. He was named to the 1st Team All-Conference Team twice and his Senior year was second in the Conference in scoring.

Sean has played club rugby with the Boston Irish Wolfhounds and is one of several team players that are playing with the New England Free Jacks.
