New England Free Jacks Dave McKenna

The New England Free jacks will utilize Dave McKenna during the 2018-2019 exhibition season. He has already played for the team against the Ontario Arrows and Rugby United New York.

The 30-year-old loosehead prop is 6’4″ and 270 lbs. He is from Bangor, Maine and lives in Medford, Massachusetts. He attended Bangor High School from 2004-2007 and Springfield College from 2007-2011. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and Sports Journalism and is currently employed in Sales for Martignetti Distributors.

He played rugby for Middelsex RFC from 2011-2015, when the team merged with Mystic River RFC. He helped Mystic River win the USA Club Rugby Division 1 National Championship in 2016 and in 2018.

Dave is now playing professional rugby with the New England Free jacks and hopes to make an impact during the 2019 exhibition season, as he has in 2018 for the team.
