The Capital Rugby Union Selects Men and Women will play Stars Rugby XVs at Evergreen Sports Complex in Leesburg, VA today (Jan. 27th) at Noon and 1:30 pm, respectively. At 3 pm the Capital Women Devos will close out the day against the Allegheny Rugby Union Women’s All-Stars. There will be a LIVE STREAM on the Capital Rugby Union Facebook page and on Next Level Rugby YouTube.
