Glendale Raptors Sign Colin Gregory

Colin Gregory played with the Glendale Raptors during the Fall 2018 exhibition season. The 24-years-old flyhalf is 6’1″ and 200 lbs.

Colin is from Alexandria, Virginia and began playing rugby in 8th grade at West Potomac High School. he also played football while there.

Following his high school graduation in 2013, he attended Clemson University from 2013-2018. He played both rugby 15s and 7s when the team played in the Atlantic Coast Conference Rugby League and then in the Varsity Cup. He played in the URugby 2014 Bowl Series against South Carolina. He played rugby sevens with the team in the Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championship in both 2016 and in 2017 and also at the Las Vegas Invitational.

In 2018 Colin moved to Colorado to play with the Glendale Raptors during their Fall exhibition season that began in August against the USA Men’s Collegiate All-Americans. Based on his Fall performance, the Raptors included him on the 2019 MLR squad announcing that he is “another product of the Clemson Rugby Club and also a new part-time player looking to earn a regular spot on the match day roster.”
