NSCRO Coaching Workshop & Player Camp

The National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) free coaching workshop and player camp will be held on August 25-26, 2018 at Siena College in Loudonville, NY. The Saturday session will be from 9 am to 5 pm, while on Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm.

NSCRO Coaching Workshop

Workshop topics include Fitness Standards, How to Build Attack Patterns & Formations, HEAD SMART Tackle System, Pre-Season Planning, Building a Championship Culture, Motivating Your Team, plus. It is open to coaches of all levels.

NSCRO Guest coaches

  • Leo Lafaiaili’i: former Auckland Blues player, two-time Rugby World Cup player for Samoa, current men’s rugby coach at Colby College.
  • Jeremy Treece: two-time National Champion Coach and coached the six-time Northeast Region Champion, New England College men’s rugby team, current Director of Rugby Development for NSCRO.

 

NSCRO Player Development Camp

We are also offering a FREE Player Development Camp for all players on Sunday, 26 August 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. You and your players will have an opportunity from real-world application of the skills acquired from the workshop.

Space is limited. Registration is required for both the Coaching Workshop and the free Player Development Camp.
