Seawolves invest in fan experience by partnering with national leader in production of sports and live entertainment

In advance of the inaugural 2018 Major League Rugby season, the Seattle Seawolves are pleased to announce a partnership with 3 Point Productions, a national leader in sports and live entertainment production, to bring a world-class game day experience to their fans at Starfire Stadium. With clients including USA Rugby, NBA, Pac-12 and the University of Washington Athletics, 3 Point will blend experience in rugby-specific game day production with a deep knowledge of the American fan experience to create a unique in-stadium experience for Seawolves fans.
“We are thrilled to continue our theme of putting together the best team on and off the field to ensure our fans are highly entertained by the rugby and the environment at Starfire,” said Seawolves co-founder and director Shane Skinner on the partnership. “The 3 Point Productions team is amongst the country’s most creative minds on game day production and their past work with marquee rugby events will ensure the best possible experience for our fans.”
Working with USA Rugby on several occasions, 3 Point Productions has demonstrated success in producing exciting fan environments, while enhancing partner activation to maximize the experience for fans and sponsors alike. In 2014, their direction helped Sacramento Republic FC create an electric atmosphere at a sold-out Bonney Field as the USA Eagles defeated Canada during the venue’s opening weekend. 3 Point partnered with USA Rugby again in 2015 to direct the game-day production at the iconic Soldier Field to watch the Eagles face off against Australia’s Qantas Wallabies.

In addition to 3 Point’s experience in rugby, the company has a proven ability to produce consistent results over the course of a season, leading the WNBA Seattle Storm’s game day production for the past four seasons, as well as consulting on fan experience for the University of South Carolina Athletics and the San Antonio Spurs. 3 Point has also produced global events for the NBA in China, Brazil, England, Mexico, Spain and South Africa, as well as the 2017 WNBA All-Star Game at KeyArena, hosted by the Seattle Storm.
